A highlight awaits you this day as you depart to explore what is commonly referred to as the world’s largest natural wildlife arena. After breakfast, you depart with a picnic lunch through the early morning mists into the Ngorongoro crater. You'll stop at the Ngorongoro viewing area for a stunning view of the caldera's sheer scale. From here you'll continue our descent into the caldera, where over 120 species of mammals go about their lives. The park is the best place in the northern circuit to see the black rhinoceros and the cape buffalo, but is home to the entirety of the Big Five. We'll also see large packs of hyenas as well as lesser known predators such as jackals and serval cats. After breakfast, your safari adventure takes you to Lake Manyara National Park. This park is renowned for its remarkable ecological diversity, encompassing a range of distinct zones, from the rocky Rift wall to groundwater forests, woodlands, open grasslands, and serene swamps. Lake Manyara National Park is a true haven for biodiversity. Lake Manyara is particularly famous as a birding paradise, boasting more than 380 different bird species. Bird enthusiasts will have the opportunity to spot a wide variety of feathered wonders, including flamingos, pelicans, storks, and many more. Wildlife and Scenic Exploration: As you explore the park, keep your eyes peeled for the park's resident wildlife, which includes elephants, hippos, giraffes, and a diversity of antelope species. Additionally, you may encounter the famous tree-climbing lions that are unique to this region. After breakfast, flight to Zanzibar. Arrive at Kisauni International Airport. Transfer to your hotel.  In the afternoon, begin your journey with a half-day Stone Town city tour. Embark on a captivating 2-hour walking tour through the enchanting in narrow streets of Zanzibar. This immersive experience leads you through the legendary Stone Town, a place where history seems frozen in time. Explore iconic landmarks such as Hamamni Persian Baths, the former slave market of the East African Slave Trade, and the historic Arab Fort, among others.. The architectural style of Stone town buildings is a unique mixture of various influences and culture. You will see Zanzibar’s bustling market, winding alleyways, ornately carved and studded doors, two cathedrals and countless mosques! Stone Town has some excellent gifts shops with plenty of souvenirs and handicrafts to choose from. In the evening, stroll around Stone Town, offers a unique perspective as dusk descends over the city, illuminating its enchanting lights. Immerse yourself in the lively ambiance of the Forodhani Food Night Market, where both locals and international visitors come together to savor the experience. This full-day tour takes you to the stunning sandbanks, Kwale Islands, and coral reefs of Menai Bay, a pristine conservation area. Be on the lookout for the shy and elusive uikers, a unique tiny antelope species as well. In the afternoon, embark on a captivating journey through Kijichi Spice Farm and explore the diverse range of spices that Zanzibar is renowned for.
