In the morning, according to your schedule, flight to Jimma (ET231 ADDJIM 08:25-09:30). Up on your arrival at Jimma airport and drive to the splendid Chebera Churchura Park. Chebera Churchura park is a home to 37 species of larger mammals; elephants, buffaloes, greater kudus, waterbucks, lions, leopard, serval cats, hippos and warthogs; over 140 species of birds of which 5 are endemic; numerous rivers and streams (Zigina River and Shoshuma River are among the major rivers of the park); crater lakes Shasho, Keriballa and Koka; two beautiful hot and cold springs; The Meka forest is the perfect place for all that want to see the African elephants. The park has four major vegetation zones, grasslands, woodlands, mountain forests and riverine forests. The altitude of the park ranges from 550-1700 m.a.s.l. Start your day with a leisurely morning at the resort, where you can indulge in a relaxing atmosphere and take your time to unwind and recharge. Then return back to Jimma. If time, allows, visit the finest Jumma Museum, features the majority of King Abba Jifar's historical artifacts as well as items representing the local Oromo people's culture, king's personal furniture, which includes armchairs, utensils, sacred manuscripts, and beds from Abba Jifar. Lunch will be at Nigus Palace Restaurant. In the afternoon, according to your schedule, flight back to Addis Ababa (ET132 JIM-ADD 17:10-18:10). End of the trip.
