In the morning, drive 110 km to the North of Addis passing over undulating mountain ranges, shelter for the famous Gelada Baboon & various birds, takes you to Debre Libanos, a monastery complex that sits on a terrace between a cliff and the gorge of one of the tributaries of the Blue Nile River. Visit Debre-Libanos Monastery, Jemma Gorge with outstanding view, the ancient Portuguese bridge, and surrounding rural villages. After visit, drive back to Addis. End of the trip.
